Job Summary:
The Office Administration Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Booking and coordinating meeting rooms and meetings.

Maintaining inventory of office supplies.

Sorting and distributing mail, scanning it to the appropriate employees.

Ordering business cards and managing accounts for FedEx and Amazon.

Managing invoices related to FedEx, Amazon, and building facilities.

Liaising with building facilities for any required communication.

Scheduling catering for events and meetings.

Arranging car services and restaurant reservations.

Creating physical booklets for presentations.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative, multitask, be a teamplayer and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical and writing skills to handle documentation and reports.
- Organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Resourcefulness in accessing information and networking.

- Discretion with sensitive and confidential matters.
- Resilience under pressure to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

This role is essential for the administrative backbone of the office, requiring a proactive and efficient individual who can manage a variety of tasks and ensure that the office's operations are seamless.
Location - New York office (on-site / hybrid)
Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
