What you will be doing:

  • You will be responsible for booking incoming invoices for ancillary rental costs.
  • You will be in charge of recording advance payments to cities and municipalities, energy supply and waste disposal companies.
  • You will review and record monthly provisions for outstanding ancillary cost statements. In addition, you will process the daily bank statements.
  • You will be responsible for reconciling and maintaining the open items of creditors.
  • You take on responsibility: You ensure timely processing and cooperative collaboration with customers and departments.
