The PFNA CTO Delivery Director is responsible for the effective delivery of all PFNA technology infrastructure delivery programs, both new infrastructure and the refresh for existing infrastructure. Infrastructure delivery spans across Network, Compute, and Workplace Services technologies. This role will lead delivery efforts for over 900 locations and over $40MM in cap/exp spend. Responsibilities also include managing successful outcomes of engagements for infrastructure services delivery with PepsiCos strategic partners and suppliers, coordination, and prioritization of demand with the business relationship managers with the goal of modernizing and refreshing PepsiCos infrastructure assets across North America in partnership with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Operations teams.
**Primary Accountabilities:**
Lead infrastructure delivery teams to delivery projects on-time and within budget.
Ensure all people management processes are completed on time and with quality for both Direct reports and subsequent team members.
Ensure work-in-take for projects and business as usual demand. Ensure the creation and tracking of service requests required to managed service providers in support of business as usual and projects.
Review and approve technical solutions and estimations provided by PepsiCos suppliers.
Ensure that all project communications and reporting are timely, accurate, and complete.
Ensure development of a holistic PFNA delivery dashboard to track and report on the overall health of the projects including risks and issues.
Lead weekly Operating Committee and period Steering committee for PFNA delivery.
Ensure all CMDB procedures are followed to enable complete and accurate data in Service Now.
Engage with the Global Asset Management team in hardware procurement and asset tracking.
Facilitate periodic vendor engagement/governance with PepsiCos Infra delivery suppliers and partners to ensure strong project delivery.
Ensure project budget management, tracking, forecasting, and billing reconciliations across the various programs.
Assist project teams with escalations to the 3rd party suppliers, and review 3rd party supplier's response levels to Service Requests and Change Requests.
Ensure continuous improvement in value optimization, IT performance, and business processes where applicable.
Implement standard and improved processes and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of Infrastructure delivery based on ITIL methodology.
Ensure hand-off to IT Operations team for seamless transition from project completion to ongoing sustain.

****Qualifications/Requirements****
10+ Years Infrastructure Delivery Management
7+ Years People Management
7+ Years PFNA Sector Experience
5+ Years Managing Network Technology Deployments
Experience managing, deploying and supporting multi-million dollar infrastructure programs.
Experience providing design, deployment, and operational support across multiple technical disciplines.
Bachelors degree in IT or Business Management
**Required Skills:**
Excellent written and verbal communication skills working with customers, peers, and service providers
Proficient understanding of network, compute, and workplace services infrastructure.
Experience working in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple geographies
Strong People Management skills
Strong project management and delivery skills
Technical program management and IT service delivery experience.
Budget management experience.
Ability to work with virtual teams (remote work locations) and lead a team of external technical resources (contractors) based in multiple locations globally
Lead technical discussions, driving clarity of complex issues/requirements to build robust solutions
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification a plus
Ability to work with agile delivery methodologies in the infrastructure space
Strong communication skills to meet with business, understand sometimes ambiguous, needs, and translate to clear, aligned requirements
