    Description

    Position: Recruiting Coordinator

    Location: Columbus, OH

    Contract: 6 months

    Pay: $24-29/hr

    We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment efforts, focusing on both full-time and temporary labor hires. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining our hiring process, from opening requisitions to managing onboarding for new hires.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and support the opening of job requisitions, ensuring all necessary approvals and criteria are met.
    • Schedule interviews by liaising with candidates and hiring managers, optimizing the interview process to enhance candidate experience.
    • Manage the onboarding process for all new hires, including both full-time and temporary staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company.
    • Maintain organized tracking of all candidates and recruitment statuses using company systems and databases.
    • Assist in the coordination and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
    • Provide administrative support for the recruitment team, including document management and correspondence.
    • Address queries from candidates and hiring managers in a timely and professional manner.
    • Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and career days, as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR / administrative role.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and professional demeanor.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases is preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field is advantageous.
