    What You'll Be Doing:

    We are seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an SAP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing SAP solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of SAP modules. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP applications, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

    1. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using SAP solutions.
    2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP implementations and enhancements.
    3. Design, configure, and customize SAP modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
    4. Develop functional specifications, test plans, and documentation for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
    5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed.
    6. Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
    7. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to support the adoption of SAP solutions by end-users.
    8. Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

    What You'll Bring to the Table:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    2. Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP CRM, or SAP SCM.
    3. Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization, including experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate).
    4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
    5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    6. Experience leading or participating in SAP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
    7. SAP certification(s) preferred but not required.
    8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize workload to meet deadlines effectively.

    The salary range for this position considers multiple factors influencing compensation decisions, such as skillset, previous experience, certifications, and various business & organizational requirements. Being hired at or near the top of the range for this role is uncommon, as compensation determinations rely on individual circumstances. Currently, the base salary range is estimated to be between [$60,000 and $80,000].
