- Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems.
- Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective.
- Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation.
- Develops and executes systems testing.
- Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.
- Be the "voice of the client" for through developing a deep understanding of the client's needs and identification of product and service delivery gaps through in-depth interviews, focus groups, and surveys
- Derive insights across channels, products, and business segments and translate into strategic recommendations
- Engage and drive organization in client experience innovation / and introducing ideas
- Foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated, and trends are anticipated and identified
- 2-3 years of experience in voice of customer or client experience roles with true passion for insights generation, leveraging innovative technologies
- 1-2 years project management experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize key trends and insights and the ability to explain research findings to executive audience
- Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources
- Strong data presentation skills with the ability to share complex stories in a simple way
- Flexible approach and positive attitude, willing to pitch in wherever help is needed

Anticipated Start Date: Immediately

Pay Range: $44.83 per hour
