Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the operational management of projects, taking into account economic, scheduling, and technical objectives
  • As project manager, you are responsible for the deployment and leadership of a project team
  • You coordinate and carry out subcontractor assignments
  • You negotiate technical and economic issues with clients and contractors
  • You handle the preparation and negotiation of additional agreements with subcontractors
  • You are the main point of contact for clients and all involved parties

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, or a comparable education
  • You have several years of professional experience as a construction manager or project manager
  • You are a team player and highly motivated
  • You are eager to learn about new topics, such as BIM
  • You are flexible in dealing with new and varied tasks
  • Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and strong communication skills are natural for you
  • You have a high level of technical and economic understanding
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office
  • You work independently, in a structured, reliable, and committed manner
