    We are currently looking for an Investment Banking Associate on our Healthcare Medtech team in Minneapolis, MN.

    Attracting only the very best professionals has been and will continue to be a key element of our success. We are focused on hiring candidates with genuine potential and interest for advancement within our firm.

    A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:

    • Previous sell-side M&A advisory experience a plus or a recent MBA graduate
    • Positive work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the desire to develop rapport with existing and potential clients
    • Knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
    • Motivated, team player with a desire to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment
    • Degree in finance, business, management plus other related degrees
