Job summary
The Deskside Analyst will serve as a key member of the ITD Deskside support team delivering high-touch technical support within a dynamic trading floor environment. This role is pivotal in maintaining stability and performance of end-user trading technologies acting as primary interface for traders resolving complex issues and fulfilling requests involving trading hardware financial applications and market data systems.Responsibilities
- Provide advanced priority support for business-critical personnel on the trading floor including traders analysts and executive staff.
- Troubleshoot manage business-critical trading applications market data feeds e.g Bloomberg Refinitiv Eikon related financial software.
