- Workday Grants Management implementation experience, preferably in a healthcare setting but similar experience in an academic setting may be considered
- Multiple full life-cycle workday implementations preferred
- Must be familiar with the operations side of research and grants management, including best practices
- Customer Accounts implementation experience (non-patient AR)
- Excellent ability to drive teams through process design and system configuration
- Executive presence in this client-facing role
- Experience in Workday clinical research process and configuration options in order to be able to optimize processes and system improvements during the implementation that will improve overall departmental efficiency
- Healthcare experience is a strong plus in this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related discipline
- Master's degree preferred
- Workday certification
- Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to perform the assigned job, determined through on-going skill and competency assessments, and performance evaluations
- Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job
- Demonstrates a high level of maturity with demonstrated self-confidence and ability to make bi-lateral decisions together with client personnel
- Conducts self in a professional manner at all times
- Ability to work with peers in a team situation
- Professional handling of exposure to confidential/sensitive information
- Must demonstrate keen attention to detail and accuracy
