We are currently seeking a Distribution Key Account Manager for a global supplier of electronic components for industrial applications in Deer Park. As a Key Account Manager, you will be a part of our EMEA Industrial commercial team and report to the Distribution Sales Manager. In this important role, you will be responsible for managing the business relationship with select regional Industrial distributors, driving new business development, and achieving growth, profitability, and market share objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with select distributors, manage contracts, develop business plans, and monitor distribution budgets and targets.
  • Analyze key metrics such as sell-in, sell-out, and inventory to develop distributor action plans and provide regular forecasting.
  • Promote and train distributors across EMEA to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) and oversee the total product launch process.
  • Provide field training, joint customer visits, and local exhibition support to generate new business.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, technical support, and customer service teams to coordinate the total supply chain for distributors.
  • Collect and share insights on market requirements and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical, or electronic) or a business degree with significant experience in a technical environment.
