We are a rapidly growing health plan benefits administrator seeking to hire an individual that has a desire to grow with us.

We are looking for an individual to support the Account Management Department.

Our Account Coordinators are responsible for assisting in the preparation of client renewals, renewal proposals, client presentations, reporting packages, handle customer service, assist with prospect proposals and manage the flow of client communications to and from our organization.

The Account Coordinator position requires high level of professionalism and ability to problem-solve and remain pro-active when dealing with clients, and clients, issues.

This position is a great opportunity to acquire the knowledge and experience necessary to move into an Account Executive position.


  • Must have strong critical thinking skills, the ability to exercise independent judgment and the ability to problem solve effectively.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to prioritize and organize effectively in a fast paced work environment.
  • Must be able to work with extreme attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.


A bachelor's degree in business or related field is required, or a minimum of 2-3 years of related account management and/or sales experience.

Prior experience in the health insurance business is required.


ASR follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or person work preferences.

There are times when working in the office will be required based on the specific task or project.
