Technical Analyst (Data Analytics) Coop

Type: Coop

Hours: 25-30 hours/week

Duration: 10-12 weeks

GHH is seeking a Technical Analyst (Data Analyst) to join the team in the summer to support a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a small-medium Healthcare Enterprise. The Analyst should be able to bring motivation, a can-do mindset, and creativity to bring people together to solve the business's most dynamic problems with their analyzing expertise. It would be expected of you to carry out our mission and work on heavy datasets. We are seeking candidates who are excited to contribute towards healthcare, appreciate collaboration, and can anticipate the needs of others. Requirements

Skills and Attributes:

Ability to communicate efficiently with the management to solve complex data and technological support requirements
Ability to make recommendations for technical solutions including web development, Microsoft applications, management, documentation, and user support
Ability to provide technical advice, supervision, and guidance to the CEO
Ability to evaluate and visualize data in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and interoperability with client systems
Ability to evaluate software and hardware requirements along with short- and long-range planning, including systems integration solutions and telecommunications requirements
Ability to create reports and share the KPIs into practical and effective solutions using structured techniques to define requirements
Ability to make presentations of findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations to a variety of audiences, including non-technical personnel
Ability to work with different programs: R and Python

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master of Computer Science, Information Management/Technology, Business Analytics
Data Analytics experience (Portfolio would be preferred)
Client relationship and management experience through different internships and coops
Excellent oral and written communication skills
