For our client, a family-owned leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery that combines tradition and innovation, we are looking for a

Purchaser (m/f/d) for operational procurement


Your responsibilities:


  • Timely and costoptimized procurement of technical purchased parts via the ERP system
  • Coordination of logistical processes
  • Invoice verification
  • Data maintenance and inventory management
  • Inquiry and quotation evaluation
  • Preparation of statistics and evaluations
  • Processing of complaints and returns
  • Establishment, further development and evaluation of supplier relationships
  • Participation in projects

Your qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or have a commercial/technical education.
  • Practical professional experience in operational, direct procurement
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Good English skills in spoken and written form desirable
  • Resilience and basic technical understanding
  • Negotiation skills and a sense of humor
