Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Tradeshows and Events
• Manage & Update a yearly tradeshow and event spreadsheet, must include all relevant

information and status.

• Create and maintain individual folder files for each tradeshow and event
• Research and reserve all travel arrangements ( including flights, hotels, and rental cars)
• Research and reserve meeting rooms for sales meeting, coordinate all logistics,

presentation equipment, and meals.

• Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and assisting with advertising sales
• Assist in managing and updating the company's website and social media accounts
• Help coordinate and execute promotional events and trade shows
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Assist in copywriting for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and press releases
• Manage and update the Lead Database

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
• Proficiency in HTML5 and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in sales or performance marketing is a plus
