Your responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between business users and external service providers to develop IT-supported business processes
Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests in third-level support
Analyze, define, and conceptually and technically handle requirements for the inventory management system from the retail centers
Implement process and technical innovations for the inventory management system and international retail centers
Continuously develop and shape release cycles and their functional and technical content

Your profile:
Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
First experience with software release processes
Ideally, some knowledge of SAP S/4HANA systems and material management processes
Experience with Oracle databases
