As a cocktail server at the Shore Room, you will be asked to provide a personal service while guiding guests through their cocktail selection.

You will be expected to have a strong knowledge of spirits in regards to their use in cocktail classics, production and quality of brand.


Service Expectations:

  • Provide warm, humble and knowledgeable service throughout the property
  • Liaise with restaurant and outlet operations staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Strictly adhere to all alcohol safety requirements and ID checking procedures
  • Highly organized, selfmotivated, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
  • Ability to listen, communicate, and make connections with locals, visitors, & colleagues

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of related food, beverage with an emphasis on cocktails.
  • RBS & food handlers certified
  • Strong knowledge of beer, wine, & spirits with the ability to convey this to a growing customer base
  • Commitment to quality of execution & presentation of self & brand
  • Be hyperaware of guest perception & interactions
  • A person of integrity; fair and consistent
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization, and help foster a good working environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully with federal, state, and local standards
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk actively for 8 hours
  • Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height
