As a cocktail server at the Shore Room, you will be asked to provide a personal service while guiding guests through their cocktail selection.

You will be expected to have a strong knowledge of spirits in regards to their use in cocktail classics, production and quality of brand.

Service Expectations:

Provide warm, humble and knowledgeable service throughout the property
Liaise with restaurant and outlet operations staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Strictly adhere to all alcohol safety requirements and ID checking procedures
Highly organized, selfmotivated, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
Ability to listen, communicate, and make connections with locals, visitors, & colleagues

Qualifications:

3+ years of related food, beverage with an emphasis on cocktails.
RBS & food handlers certified
Strong knowledge of beer, wine, & spirits with the ability to convey this to a growing customer base
Commitment to quality of execution & presentation of self & brand
Be hyperaware of guest perception & interactions
A person of integrity; fair and consistent
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization, and help foster a good working environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully with federal, state, and local standards
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand and walk actively for 8 hours
Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height
