The Opportunity:

As a Technology Security and Cooperative Program Analyst, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.


As a member of our team, you'll bring your consulting, analytical, and expertise to work on projects for the US Navy.

You'll develop innovative solutions to complex problems to support the client's mission.

You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to service and joint missions.

You Have:


  • 10+ years of experience in building and sustaining international or domestic partner relationships
  • 10+ years of experience in research and analysis
  • Experience in a Service headquarters or working with senior government officials
  • Experience with DoD strategic efforts in support of security cooperation objectives
  • Knowledge of briefing papers and command briefs
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:


  • 8+ years of experience in Global Power Competition, Navy Guidance on Building Alliances and Partnerships, Defense Trade Modernization, and the National Defense Strategy Implementation (NDS-I)
  • Experience with working across Defense and interagency partners to inform and support policy analysis decisions
  • Experience with working in a major headquarters staff level
  • Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
