What awaits you
As a Service Specialist (m/f/d) in Service and Operations, you will take on the following interesting tasks and areas of responsibility:

In your role, you will be responsible for the complete processing of all contract-related transactions for an assigned insurance portfolio in Technical Insurance, with a focus on the Mid-Market segment of Commercial
You will use specific systems and tools for processing medium and large corporate clients, as well as international risks and participation programs
You will also handle postbound business transactions and independently manage assigned customers
You will correspond with customers, brokers, and service partners, with the goal of ensuring service standards and customer satisfaction
In addition to tracking premium receivables and resolving collection discrepancies, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes
Close collaboration with underwriting and sales is also essential for your role
