The Distribution Specialist will be responsible for ensuring exceptional presentation of customer product and packaging, accurate shipping, and order completeness.

Role
Pack and ship sample orders and customer orders

Skills
Extreme attention to detail

Familiarity with jewelry a strong plus

Familiarity with ecomm shipping systems like shopify and ShipStation a strong plus

Ability to recognize and sort jewelry items by fine details

Excellent vision and motor skills

Able to work on feet for long periods

Responsibilities
Inspect, pack, and ship finished fine jewelry

Pack and ship samples

Print labels using shipping software

Examine samples and polish and clean as needed

Restock returned sample orders

Conduct regular inventory counts

Coordinate with customer service team to accommodate special requests

Qualifications
High School
