La Crosse Technical Project Manager for Series Transfer (m/f/d) Job Description As a project manager, you will support our Industrialization department in the execution of our development projects in the field of power electronics and electromobility.

You will be the overarching faculty responsible for ensuring that a series-ready, producible product is delivered at the end of the development process.

This includes managing development departments, suppliers, purchasing, production, etc.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Creation and tracking of schedules for industrialization activities
  • Coordination with all involved faculties (R&D, purchasing, production, quality)
  • Recording and tracking of component and tool status in terms of maturity, costs, quality, and deadlines
  • Planning and tracking of sample production
  • Coordination of designtoX activities
  • Coordination of series transfer and launch management
  • Status determination and presentation
  • Communication with customers and suppliers
  • Management of crossdepartmental collaboration

Your Skills:

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Very strong technical understanding of control units and power electronics
  • Several years of experience in project management
  • Several years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience in working with external companies and subcontractors desirable
  • Confident appearance, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Very good German and English skills
