Location: Hamburg

Home Office: 2-3 days per week

Your main tasks

You will support complex Microsoft environments (cloud and on-premises)
You will be responsible for all questions related to Microsoft (Microsoft 365, tenants, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016)
As 2nd and 3rd level support, you will handle complex incidents
Incident, change, and problem management according to ITIL

Your qualifications

You have completed a degree in computer science or have a similar education
Several years of experience in IT support and working with ticket systems
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and PowerShell
ITIL certifications or experience with ITIL are a plus
At least B2 level
