You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing projects in plant construction and developing conceptual and execution-ready solutions for all structural requirements in the planning and construction of gas technical plants.
You will schedule personnel, subcontractors, and equipment, as well as monitor construction execution.
You will ensure compliance with project deadlines for clients and subcontractors.
You will provide technical and contractual support and assistance in purchasing services and materials.
You will be responsible for independently calculating and preparing project offers (change notifications, additional offers, etc.).
You will adhere to safety requirements, communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, etc., and be responsible for ongoing performance determination, measurement, billing, and documentation of construction measures.
You will oversee and manage projects with cost, quality, and deadline responsibility.
You will share responsibility for the planning budget, ensure compliance with the execution budget, and conduct site control and project documentation.

You have several years of professional experience in construction and project management, as well as knowledge of relevant regulations/guidelines: DVGW guidelines for high-pressure gas pipelines, gas pressure regulating systems, pressure equipment directive, etc.
