Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flooring Installer to join our team.

As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings.

This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of flooring installation techniques.


Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
• Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring, leveling, and cleaning
• Install flooring materials such as carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile
• Ensure proper alignment and spacing of flooring materials
• Trim excess material and finish edges as needed
• Inspect completed work for quality and make any necessary repairs or adjustments

Experience:

• Framing Carpentry
• Proven experience in the flooring installation industry
• Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and their installation techniques
• Familiarity with restoration industry standards and practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing flooring materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Excellent problemsolving skills for troubleshooting installation issues
