Overview:
- Full Time
Daily tasks and responsibilities
- Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for Aural Rehabilitation options, including HA's and implantable devices
- Program hearing aids and implants using current best practices
- Maintain documentation and patient files.
Qualifications
- Au. D. Degree
- Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
The successful Audiologist will also possess the following:
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
- The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.
Education:
- Doctorate (preferred)
Experience:
- Audiologist: 3 years (preferred)
- Programming hearing aids an implants: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Au. Degree (required)
- Hearing aid dispensing license (required)
