MT-ifs GmbH is a consulting company with a focus on banks and financial service providers in Essex, MT.

Our consultants are experienced banking professionals, quantitative analysts, project managers, or IT specialists who, in addition to a good education, have been successful in line and project work at banks for many years.

Our main areas of expertise are risk procedures and risk management, overall bank control/reporting, valuation of financial products, implementation of regulatory requirements, operations/securities settlement, accounting, and the corresponding processes and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Participation in various bank projects as a business analyst, tester, coordinator, project officer, etc.
Support for line functions (e.g. in bank operations, risk control, reporting)
Possibly projectrelated data processing using VBA, Excel, Access, SQL, Python, R.
Willingness to travel within Germany (especially Düsseldorf and Frankfurt) and Luxembourg is required.

Qualifications:

Completed academic education (mathematics, physics, business informatics, economics, business administration, etc.)
A strong sense of appropriate task prioritization
Great flexibility and resilience
Independent, analytical, and structured approach
An openminded and friendly demeanor with clients and colleagues
A high level of teamwork and team orientation
At least English language skills
Ideally, also a good command of data processing (VBA/Excel, VBA/Access, SQL, etc.)
