Assistant PROJECT Manager
-
Construction Phase Support:
Assist with the development of agendas, participation in meetings, meeting summaries, schedules, budget summaries, RFIs, shop drawings, tracking tools, and other construction administration support tasks.
-Bidding Phase Support:
Assist with the management of DPC's bidding tasks, including assembling of bidding documents, planholders' lists, addenda, bid openings, bid summaries, review of bids received, communication with clients after the bids, and other bidding phase support tasks.
-Project Administration:
Assist with the development of project plans, specifications, meetings, field services scheduling, coordination with the project team, budget summaries, reports, memos, field services logs, and other project deliverables.
-Document Control and File Management:
Assist with organization and maintenance of digital files within Client and Project folders, and other related tasks.

DPC focuses primarily on water/wastewater/civil planning, evaluation, design and construction projects, including piping systems, pump stations and treatment facilities.:
Salary and/or hourly rate shall be commensurate with experience.
