    Qualifications | Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
    • CPA license.
    • Experience in an accounting role (specifically facility management).
    • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office software.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    Finance Manager Responsibilities
    • Oversee all accounting functions including revenue/expense reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly financial reporting.
    • Collect accurate and timely projected performances of the company.
    • Analyze the monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts to enhance the company's financial status.
    • Offer financial guidance to regional operating units.
    • Maintain inventory.
    • Conduct reconciliation and analysis for balance sheet accounts.
    • Design and create reports, spreadsheets, and databases to organize and present data effectively.
    Salary | $90,000 - $100,000
