- Supervise and lead the accounting team
- Implement and uphold accounting methods, policies, and principles; develop and sustain internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance procedures
- Close financial reporting periods to produce financial statements; collaborate with department leadership for monthly financial statement production
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of all Balance Sheet accounts
- Establish financial and operational benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards in coordination with department leadership
- Handle company payroll processing
- Serve as the liaison with the external CPA firm
- Bachelors in Accounting or similar experience
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience processing Payroll
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- QuickBooks & experience with ERP
- Experience working with EOS
- Experience in Public Audit
- Target Compensation $80K - $100K + Discretionary bonus
- In-office with flexibility – Lafayette, CO
