Additional Role Details:

This Digital Project Manager position supports Client's dealer-facing e-commerce platform, Order Navigation Experience (ONE).

The Digital Project Manager supports operations and works cross-functionally across organizations including the business owners, technical owners, technical delivery team, stakeholders, and end users, leading product development and deployment efforts.

This position will lead several transformative projects to support increased engagement on the platform and help make doing business with Client easier while delivering on key corporate objectives.


Position's Contributions to Work Group:


JOB PURPOSE:

To manage project teams comprised of digital resources, marketing resources, business resources, and others tasked with developing and maintaining marketing & digital solutions used by Client dealers, customers, and internally.


Typical task breakdown:


JOB DUTIES:
Accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget, and error-free. The principal responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage the planning and execution of project team members.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget.


  • Incumbent will support various project teams and obtain/provide a variety of information starting at concept stage and continuing through prototype, pilot, implementation and followup stages of various projects
  • Develop and produce project management schedules.
  • Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately.
  • Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.
  • Manage schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including affected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc.
  • Will work with the individual team members from multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.
  • Monitor progress of projects, discusses problems with affected areas, assures appropriate personnel are informed of problem and steps are in place to meet schedules.
  • Depending on nature of problems, expected to recommend possible solutions and alternatives

  • Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Education & Experience Required:


  • The position typically requires a college or university degree or certification that is equivalent. Prefer 4 years degree in Marketing, Engineering, or something IT related.
Willing to take 2 years degree with minimum 8 year experience. Willing to take Masters with less experience.

  • 5+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams in an agile environment OR equivalent experience in working in ordertodelivery or marketing with direct dealer contact.
  • Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion

Technical Skills

(required)

  • Project management
  • Excel knowledge (pivot tables, vlookups) and Powerpoint skills

(Desired)

  • Experience working in Client or heavy equipment OEM environment.
  • Experience working with dealer network
  • Data analysis and visualization experience using Power BI

Soft Skills

(required)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions. This includes building close working relationships with external parties like 3rd party development teams and Client dealers.

  • Should have strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask effectively in facepaced environment, and strong analytical and organizational skills

$ $53.00 per hour
