Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with clients efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and audit real estate transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage and field all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in managing paperwork, documentation, and filing systems.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an assistant, preferably in a real estate setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
- A proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
- Real estate sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
