For the Customer Service department, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Service Technician (m/f/d).Your tasks:
- You carry out repairs, maintenance, and commissioning of progressive cavity pumps, macerators, and accessories.
- You proactively advise our customers on service matters, including plant assessment, and analyze improvement possibilities on site.
- You create damage reports.
- You participate in the processing of complaints.
- You conduct training sessions for internal and external customers.
- You process service transactions in SAP R/3 and provide feedback.
Your profile:
- You have completed a technical apprenticeship or a similar qualification.
- You have an open, customeroriented demeanor, a strong service mentality
