I have been working with a personal trainer for several months now, who has been providing me with a diet and training plan. However, I have recently realized that the diet is not focused on my main goal, which is to gain muscle mass. We started by reducing my body fat percentage, and once that was achieved, we began increasing my food intake. However, after two months, my trainer reduced my food intake again in order for me to have a slimmer waist and take progress photos. Since then, my food intake has not been increased, and I would like to switch to someone who will focus on my goal in their nutritional plan.
