We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Representative to join our team.

As a Field Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in representing Crème de Canna at dispensaries and accounts across the Orange County and Long Beach area.

Your primary responsibilities will include executing in-store activations, conducting product demonstrations, and building relationships with key accounts.


Responsibilities:

• Execute instore activations and product demonstrations at dispensaries and accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive brand awareness and sales
• Deliver gifts and promotional materials to accounts to strengthen partnerships
• Educate budtenders and staff on Crème de Canna products and brand messaging
• Gather feedback and insights from accounts to inform marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement field marketing initiatives
• Represent Crème de Canna professionally and enthusiastically at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer service
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry and regulations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to travel within the Orange County and Long Beach area
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must reside in Orange County or Long Beach
