Your tasks

  • Main task is the administration, planning and further development of TK infrastructure components (Unify OpenScape 4000 including surrounding systems such as UC, fax and call center servers) as well as documentation
  • Support for service requests in 2nd and 3rd level as well as implementation of changes
  • Participation in innovative projects and coordination of internal departments and external service providers
  • Internal consulting on topics related to telecommunications

What you bring

  • Training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training with professional experience or degree in computer science
  • First professional experience in the administration and further development of TK infrastructure components
  • First knowledge in the product portfolio of Unify desirable, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge in the field of network communication and VoIP
  • First experience in dealing with ITIL processes desirable
