For our HR Service Center based in Düsseldorf, we are currently looking for a
Clerk / Administrative Assistant / Office Organizer (m/f/d) on a fixed-term contract for 6-9 months.



Your responsibilities:


  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Managing the email inbox
  • Maintaining databases and various reports
  • Assisting the team with general office tasks

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High level of initiative, independence, and commitment
  • Ability to handle high workloads
