Exciting Opportunity for a Full-time Receptionist Position

Flexible Shifts Available:

6:00 A.M. - 02:00 P.M.
02:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M.

Work Schedule:
4 days on, 2 days off

The Receptionist, reporting to the Executive Director or Business Office Manager, will be responsible for overseeing the clerical functions of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Adapt to changes in unit/shift assignments to meet facility requirements.
Manage phone, intercom, and paging systems.
Handle typing and computer tasks for various departments.
Organize and distribute mail to residents, as well as manage resident lists and instructions.
Assist visitors as needed and ensure accurate visitor log maintenance.

Requirements for the Receptionist Role

Education/Training:
Preference for a High School Diploma or equivalent. Business background, typing proficiency, and computer skills are advantageous.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should be capable of bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods. Proficiency in using standard office equipment such as fax machines and telephones is necessary. Normal hearing and vision capabilities are essential. Candidates must be free of communicable diseases that could endanger others without accommodation. The ability to lift at least 30 pounds and handle supply transportation is required.
