T2ue's Parent Company, Kiwa North America is looking for an experienced and motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead our fast growing North American Operations;
this position is located in Houston, TX** and will oversee our state and local tax compliance and planning.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the Kiwa North America group of companies meets all its tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions, as well as proactively identifying and implementing tax strategies to optimize our tax position.
Kiwa North America is part of the Kiwa Group.The company was established in 1948 in the Netherlands and provides safety-related certification, testing, inspection, auditing, advising and training services to a wide range of clients, including manufacturers, service companies and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide relevant and accurate analytical review of the Group data and key performance metrics
- Lead yearly budget process under the direction of CFO and coordinate process with different Finance leads
- Support CFO in M&A activities, include financial modelling, due diligence, data analysis, etc.
- Preparation of monthly variance analysis, including commentary, variance analysis, etc.
- Support month end reporting exercise to headquarters
- Create Monthly, Quarterly and Executive Reporting packages
- Lead Quarterly Forecast process
- Coordinate with each business to implement and report on KPIs to monitor and access business performance
- Maintain corporate BI reporting tools, user maintenance, hierarchy and account mapping changes.
- Additional work and project to support CFO and leadership on asneeded basis
Required Skills /Knowledge
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting and working towards a Master in Finance
- Prior Exposure to buyside M&A
- Experience working with a multinational Corporation and bringing a Global Perspective
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerBi Skills
- Experience with OneStream or Similar FP&A packages
- Prior exposure to Global corporations

Hybrid Work Schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
