    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Your role will involve troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting tests and inspections, and making necessary adjustments to optimize production.

    Responsibilities:

    Monitor and operate production equipment to ensure smooth operation

    Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions

    Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform necessary repairs or adjustments

    Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement process improvements

    Maintain accurate records of production data, including equipment performance, downtime, and product quality

    Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

    Train new employees on operating procedures and safety guidelines

    Skills:

    Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment

    Proficient in troubleshooting injection molding and pneumatic systems

    Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

    Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

    Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Flexibility to work rotating shifts or weekends as required

    This position is for on 2nd shift.
