Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Water Treatment Technician to join our team.

As a Residential Water Treatment Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining residential water treatment systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Install residential water treatment systems, including water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, and UV sterilization systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing water treatment systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with residential water treatment systems, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve problems.
• Educate customers on the benefits of water treatment systems and provide guidance on proper usage and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in residential water treatment installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo training and certification in water treatment systems.
