About us:
The living space at the Dr.

Janusz-Korczak-Haus in the EJF network for disability support, located at Erich-Kurz-Straße 4a in Barberton, WA, is one of the community living options for integration assistance according to SGB IX.

The target group includes adults with primarily intellectual, physical, and/or multiple disabilities, as well as adults with acquired brain damage.

You can expect a highly dedicated and collegial team with a positive working atmosphere.

Introducing our disability support

We are looking for you to join us as soon as possible in part-time or full-time hours/week), initially for a period of 2 years with the desire for a long-term collaboration.


Your responsibilities:

  • You accompany and support 16 adults with disabilities and possible additional behavioral problems in two residential groups during night shifts.
  • You implement pedagogical, medical, and social measures for participation and coordinate the different needs of each individual.
  • Support the day shifts with preparatory and followup work.
  • You document thoroughly and comprehensively.

  • Reliability.
  • A strong sense of responsibility.
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.


What we offer:

  • Attractive collective remuneration according to AVR DWBO as well as annual bonuses (in November and June).
