Description
Moore Cadillac-Subaru in Richmond Virginia has an immediate opening for a service advisor. We are a multi car line New Car Dealership located in the west end of Richmond.

We are currently hiring for a full-time Service Advisor.

Responsibilities include:

answering phones and scheduling appointments, greeting customers, writing service orders, creating estimates, providing detailed explanations to customers, ordering parts and facilitating communication between customers and automotive technicians.

No experience needed
Superior customer service skills
Highly trainable mentality and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Good organization and problem-solving skills
Able to multi-task and perform under pressure
Proficiency working with computers
Valid VA driver's license REQUIRED
