Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of our products.

Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, managing inventory levels, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the logistics process, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting and planning of inventory needs
  • Implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Oversee warehouse management activities, including stock control, cycle counting, and order fulfillment
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms for pricing and delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping carriers to ensure timely and costeffective transportation of goods
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
  • Analyze data using SQL or other tools to identify areas for process improvement
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software systems
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
  • Able to lift at least 50lb
