- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and patient education, in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment interventions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous experience in Telemetry, Med/Surg with Tele, Medical/Surgical, or ICU preferred but not required.
