We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team in the metal fabrication department.

As a Quality Inspector at Del Medical, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision in the fabrication of components for our state-of-the-art medical imaging products.

As a Quality Inspector at Del Medical, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of fabricated metal components to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and Del Medical's stringent quality requirements.

Your attention to detail, expertise in inspection techniques, and commitment to excellence will contribute directly to the reliability and performance of our medical imaging solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and components upon arrival, ensuring compliance with quality standards and documentation.
• Perform detailed inspections at various stages of the fabrication process, identifying defects, deviations, and ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring tools and visual inspection techniques to verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and overall quality of fabricated components.
• Assess welding processes, ensuring weld quality, penetration, and compliance with welding procedures and industry standards.
• Oversee or conduct nondestructive testing methods, including ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and dye penetrant testing, as required.
• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, documenting findings, measurements, and any nonconformities.
• Generate nonconformance reports (NCR) and collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions.
• Perform final inspections on finished products to ensure they meet Del Medical's quality standards before release for assembly or shipment.
• Work closely with fabrication teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and communicate inspection results effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, dimensional inspection techniques, and nondestructive testing methods.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
