    Highly successful, well established Software Technology company who are continuing to steadily grow across the globe.

    An ideal role for an In-House Legal Counsel who is keen to learn about SaaS/ technology contracts and other commercial agreements for this highly collaborative and innovative company

    Job Description

    As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for:

    • Working collaborative with cross functional teams on a high volume of SaaS contracts and commercial agreements.
    • Provising legal advice and support for the company's sales, customer experience and procurement teams.
    • Reviewing, drafting, negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements: SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, data processing addendums, business associate addendums, platform integration, and partnership agreements. Ensuring that all commercial agreements adequately protect the company's interests. Improving processes, and increase scalability.
    • Commercial approach to business accummen - managing agreements and business activities to comply with company policies and risk tolerance.
    • Manage multiple deals and support colleagues in the US and internationally.

    The Successful Applicant

    As Legal Counsel, you will have demonstrable experience:

    • 2+ years commercial legal experience in a law firm or In-House setting, with a particular focus on the technology sector/ technology contracts and agreements/ privacy experience.
    • Experienced/ skilled in drafting, negotiating and managing professional services agreements, software as a service agreements, business agreements, and intellectual property agreements.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, a high volume of contracts, working under deadline pressures.
    • Highly communication and collaborative, a true team player.
    • Excellent negotiating skills, keen analytical abilities, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, as well as a track record of success in handling complex business and legal issues in a fast-paced, agile and evolving technology-driven business environment
    Candidates must have work authorization in the US - the client is unable to offer sponsorship now or in the future.
