Ensuring power supply through rectifier plants and overhead lines plays an important role in our tram network.

In this dual study program with a focus on electrical energy technology, you will support our department in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the electrical railway power systems.

You will deal with technical processes for generating, transmitting, and storing electrical energy, such as rectifier plants, flywheel storage systems in the tram sector, or the charging technology for our electric buses, and take on independent tasks and projects.
