• Ability to develop and implement a wellrounded and ageappropriate curriculum for elementary students that aligns with state standards and integrates Christian values.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and learning activities that promote critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.

• Provide effective and engaging classroom instruction, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged to participate actively.

• Integrate Christian principles, values, and biblical truths into all aspects of the curriculum and classroom activities.
• Lead students in ageappropriate devotions, discussions, and prayers to encourage spiritual growth and character development.

• Assess student performance regularly using a mix of formative and summative assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support academic progress and spiritual development.

• Establish and maintain a wellorganized and disciplined classroom environment that fosters positive behavior and mutual respect.
• Implement appropriate discipline strategies consistent with the school's policies and Christian values.

• Maintain open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
• Participate in parentteacher conferences and other school events to foster strong relationships with parents and families.

• Participate in and support schoolsponsored extracurricular activities, such as field trips, community service projects, and school events.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in education, curriculum development, and spiritual integration.

• Collaborate with other teachers, school staff, and administrators to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
• Participate in faculty meetings and schoolwide initiatives.

• AACS Teaching certification required or the ability to obtain.

• Active involvement in a Christian church or faith community.
• A deep commitment to integrating Christian principles into teaching and guiding students spiritually.

• Prior experience in teaching elementary students is desirable.
• Experience in a Christian school or faithbased educational environment is a plus.

• Demonstrated passion for working with young children and a commitment to their academic and spiritual growth.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Patience and compassion in dealing with young learners, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
