Position Overview:


As a Telemarketer at AXXESS Health Services, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services, establishing connections with potential clients, and contributing to the expansion of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, presenting AXXESS Health Services and highlighting the value we provide in healthcare staffing.


Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their staffing needs and matching them with our services.

Script Adherence:
Follow telemarketing scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication.

Information Gathering:
Gather relevant information from potential clients, updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Appointment Scheduling:
Collaborate with the appointment-setting team to schedule meetings for the marketing team.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to effectively articulate the benefits of our services to potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Social media management experience is a plus.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in healthcare staffing or a related industry is advantageous.
