WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


  • A skilled leader with a proven track record of successfully managing a service delivery team
  • Extensive experience with ITIL principles, preferably with ITIL Managing Professional (MP) and/or ITIL Strategic Leader certifications
  • Experience in developing and implementing service strategies within a matrix organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate successful outcomes
  • Strong understanding of 24/7 operational teams
  • Background in delivering services to enterprise customers in the ecommerce and SaaS industries is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluent
